HOW DO I PLACE A COOKIE ORDER? HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?

"Stock design" are the most economical way to go!

Stock designs are still made to order so some customization is possible (colors, names, etc).  They simply are designs I am familiar with and they do not require extra research or design time, so I can offer them at a better rate. Stock designs are not sold individually - usually they come in sets of  6  with a minimum order of 1 dozen total cookies.

You can view stock designs and place an order online. No payment is expected at time of check out. Your pick up date must be chosen when adding an item to your cart....if the date you need is not available you can still place the order by choosing another date and then at check out use the "add a note to Mama" option to request a different date. I will contact you ASAP to confirm if I can fit the items into my schedule for that date. Check out stock design here!

Custom orders start at a base price of $40 per dozen, minimum order of 2 dozen.

• Additional cookies of the same designs beyond the two dozen may be purchased for $3.50 per cookie.

• These additions can be in any increment. You don't have to order another full dozen if you only need 25 total cookies! I realize life doesn't always happen in twelves!

• If extended research or design time is needed an additional charge will apply. If you can't find anything under stock designs that can be tweeked to your needs then I suggest when asking for a custom design you supply detailed info or photos of what you have in mind to cut back on me bugging you with needless questions! :)

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

I can take cash or check at the time of pick up. 

 

DO YOU SHIP OR DELIVER?

No, I do not ship or deliver my cookies. All orders must be picked up at my front porch in Westfield, IN. You will receive exact location after placing the order.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR COOKIES?

Decorating cookies is very labor intensive. Mixing, rolling, cutting, decorating, detailing...it all takes many hours over a couple of days for just a dozen decorated cookies. I am limited to how many I can do each day, so the more notice you give me the better your chances are that I won’t already be booked up for that time.  I bake as close to your pick up date as possbile but same day orders are not feasible. It is also easier for me to fit in "stock design" orders over custom ones as there is no research/design time needed - so if it's short notice you may want to check out my stock designs here. At least one week notice is preferred for stock designs, at least two weeks for custom orders.

 

HOW ARE YOUR COOKIES PACKAGED?

All cookies come in a bakery box unless requested otherwise. I can bag them individually as favors in cello bags with coordinating ribbon for 25 cents a cookie or bagged and heat sealed for an additional 10 cents per cookie. For large orders I can have them arranged on a platter if needed - in that case I charge $3.50 to cover the cost of a platter with lid.
